CANCELLATION POLICIES

SPA SUITES OVERNIGHT

Occupancy:
Maximum capacity: 2 guests
Our suites are made with the purpose to give our guests a new relaxing, private and tranquil experience with their loved one, that is why the use of the suites is exclusively for a couple of adults.

Reservation deposit:
To guarantee the reservation of the suite, a deposit of one night must be made, and the remaining will be paid upon check-in only with Visa,

Master Card or cash. Please note that we do not accept other credit cards at this time.

Only the reservation indicated and confirmed in the system will be respected so that other printed or written reservations that have been made later changes may be rejected.

Cancellations:
If cancellation is made up to 8 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations done within the 7 days prior to arrival or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit paid.

These policies only apply for reservations deposits so if the client has paid in advance the total of his reservation, at all times he will be entitled to request a full refund of the balance of his reservation if he paid in advance.

If you do not use the suites for all the days booked, no refund of the deposit of the remaining days of the reservation will be made.

Change of date:
Changes of the arrival date may be made but will be subject to availability at the new requested date.

If the change is made up to 8 days before arrival, there will be no cost but it will be subject to availability. If the change is made within the 7 days before arrival, it will cost $ 500.00 USD and will be subject to availability.

Only the reservation will be respected as indicated and confirmed in the system, Mr. Sancho’s may reject other written or printed confirmation, which may have changed. In case of early departure confirmed dates, Mr. Sancho’s reserves the right to charge the remaining unused nights. Please inquire at the front desk for the appropriate rate.

Non Smoking:
All our suites are non smoking

Prices are in USD and all taxes are included.

Operating schedule:
Monday thru Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Occupancy:
Maximum capacity: 2 guests

Reservation deposit:
To guarantee the reservation of the suite, a deposit of $ 100.00 USD per day must be made, and the remaining will be paid upon check-in only with Visa, Master Card and cash.

Please note that we do not accept other credit cards at this time.
Only the reservation indicated and confirmed in the system will be respected so that other printed or written reservations that have been made later changes may be rejected.

Cancellations:
If cancellation is made up to 15 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

If the cancellation is due to changes in the cruise itinerary or cancellation of the arrival of the cruise to Cozumel, the client will have the option to change the date of his reservation without any cost but being subject to availability; or also and only in cases of itinerary changes or the cancellation of the arrival to Cozumel, the client will be able to definitively cancel his reservation and receive 100% refund of his deposit.

These policies only apply for reservations deposits so if the client has paid in advance the total of his reservation, at all times he will be entitled to request a full refund of the balance of his reservation if he paid in advance.

In case of no show that is not due to changes in the cruise itinerary, the deposit will not be refunded.

In case of early departure confirmed dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge the remaining unused nights. Please inquire at the front desk for the appropriate rate.
